Return and refund policy
According to European law, you have a 30-day right of cancellation. If you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
You will have to pay the shipping costs. You are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is delivered to the correct address and that the products arrive undamaged. The product is in its original packaging and any labels are still attached. There are no traces that the product has been used (in case of signs of use, the product return will NOT be accepted).
THE ORDER MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The order still contains all related parts, components and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
2. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
3. The product was found defective immediately upon receipt.
4. We have the right to charge the customer for shipping costs if the tracking and tracing option is required.
5. A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
* We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if there is suspicion that the goods have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If your order fulfils the above conditions, please do the following to start the return process.
1. Send an email to: info@glamz-london.uk
2. Make sure the email contains:
a. The order number
b. Reason for return request
c. Photo of the product in case of breakage
d. Customer's first name + surname
e. Customer's address
3. We will contact you and send you the return address.
Never return the item to the sender, we will send you an email with the correct address once you have asked us to do so. You as a customer pay the shipping costs to return the product.
